Chris Carwie is the owner of Carwie & Associates (C&A), a service firm specializing in sales training, business development, and market research in the construction and material-supply industries. Chris established C&A in January of 2005, following more than a decade of direct work experience with Vulcan Materials Company, Ashland Oil and Koch Materials Company.
President of Taylor Consulting Group
Robert is the President of Taylor Consulting Group. Taylor Consulting Group’s focus is Sales, Marketing and Engineering. With 30 years of experience working for and with Departments of Transportation, Robert’s expertise lies in bringing new products to market and expanding the footprint of existing products.
Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Business Administration from Auburn University. Robert is also a Registered Professional Engineer. Robert spends most of his time with his wife Melissa and three children Madison, Nate and Lucy.

Stan Thrasher specializes in building relationships in the transportation industry and has been active with Carwie & Associates for over a decade. Stan began his career in the Asphalt Industry and has been selling asphalt and other maintenance related products for over 20 years. Stan has developed an extensive contact network of Department of Transportation and city/county officials throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Stan also has significant experience working with large engineering companies in various capacities over the last decade.
Stan holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Alabama. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, playing golf, and being active in his kid’s activities. Stan lives in Nashville, TN. with his wife Anita and their three children, Copeland, Huston, and C.C.
