Course offerings

C&A offers both annual industry-wide classes and customized in-house programs, each providing unique advantages for participants. The industry classes bring together professionals from across the country to learn new techniques, share best practices, and exchange ideas. The in-house series allows for deeper exploration of company-specific strategies, market positioning, and accountability through structured follow-up. All classes use highly interactive learning methods—including video role plays, table discussions, group exercises, and customer panels—to reinforce engagement and retention.
